Carry on Abroad was pretty good.Made all the better by the fact that when I first went abroad, to Lanzarote on my honeymoon, none other than Jimmy Logan was on my flight and I stood next to him on the wee airport bus.
Jimmy Logan appeared in Carry on Abroad as an atypical hard drinking Scotsman. I never had the bottle to commend him on his accurate porttayal of my fellow countryman.
