I went to the pub earlier for a large breakfast and that seemed to sort it out.But it's back. I've got a headache and a rumbling tum.

HPNY Jefferson.I advise onanism, carbs and fizzy drinks.
Also, internet and newspapers. You could try watching a film but you'll fall asleep.
