Way better.
Simple things like you can send emails without them being checked over and changed for no reason, one hour lunchbreak (I am struggling with this actually) and staff are treated with respect.

It does help that I am very good looking though.

The money is better but after the 190 quid a month on train fares, not much more than I was on.
