And getting another stove in there. It'd be cheaper to buy another telly for up here but that's no challenge.

Are you roofing now as well?
It was one of the things I didn't like when I bought this - a dormer on an Edwardian Terrace.

It's now falling to bits and I want it off, new spars and a velux.
