Well it's not going to be taxpayer funded it'll be made by a private company and gifted to the queen.

buttttttt, I bet there's going to be some sneaky deals non competitive contracts or tax breaks for the company that does this which means they'll end up making back the 60 million they spent and change.

That wasn't my understanding of it.
I thought it was to recognise major achievement in the fields of entertainment, sport, public life etc.

I didn't think, perhaps naively, that it was an eBay auction.
