They had a receipt for it which proved it wasn't mine unfortunately.I say unfortunately not because it meant I didn't end up with the money but because it shouldn't have meant a 2 week accidentally extended block on my account happened.
And the world is not awesome enough to just gift me loads of money like that :(

That does suck, and every time you ring up about it you talk to someone new and have to explain everything again.
