I'm going to see my best friend in the summer.He's a Yank that was adopted by other Yanks. They moved over here and he repatriated himself and then married a Yank.
He owns a machine gun now, apparently. Pfft, Yanks.

Well, he's in Virginia.Northern Virginia. So technically the South, I think. It's right on the suburbs of DC, though.
He's still a Yank, he was born in Minnesota. His wife is, you are correct, a Reb.
