Yeah i get unsolicited texts from them as well.My argument with the debt collection is currently going like this.
Them: You owe us £160! We're going to take you to court!
Me: I don't think I do
Them: Well you should investigate it.
Me: I'm not going to investigate it, you do it.
Them: We don't really do that
me: Well the office of fair trading says that you must or you'll lose your licence.
Them: Ummm, we'll get back to you in 40 days.
