but having to listen to Kiss whilst watching it would ruin any enjoyment I might get from it. cf Rammstein. Plus I am a bit too old to be impressed by fireworks, if I am honest.

The Paris millennium ones were genuinely impressive, I'll give you that.
I don't recall liking them even when I was a kid, to be honest. My mother used to make toffee for fireworks night and that I did enjoy. Fireworks themselves, meh. Even on magic mushrooms.
