Child development studies show that it's not the IQ of the parent that is the major factor in the childs final intelligenceit's their social status and how much money they have.
Also there's a link to high powered successful parents having a negative impact after a certain level. (usually explained by a lack of time spent with the child)
If you're trying to get a smart population you should only let people with a household income of £20,000 to £150,000 have kids.
