Kill them all and let god sort them out.I got an email from HR demanding to know why I haven't completed PDR on my staff yet. I gently pointed out that my priority for the last month or so has been recovering from having a fuck-ton of metal screwed into my arm.
I didn't point out that PDR is compltely irrelevant for people on fixed term research contracts as a) they can't get promoted and b) their "targets" are the fucking milestones on the grants and therefore could you please stop wasting all of our fucking time with this shit? .. but I wish I had.
