Skills and the ability to keep me in line and manage me. I have done the whole "poke the payroll" thing in the past and had my fingers burned. Am enjoying this job too much to want to fuck it up, particularly as I am hoping for a contract extension. Plus my wife's tits are awesome so they do me very nicely.
