Garden is coming up nicely, did some nice masonry yesterday, family all well (apart from the 'rents obviously) and I'm hardly drinking at all these days. Smug as fuck, thanks ;)

I am utterly ignorant of The New Fads I'm afraid.
I did a sort of psychological self-diagnosis before going out on my own.
I've got the rental income which more or less covers day-to-day expenses but should be my retirement fund, but I didn't realise just how scary it would be at first.
