although, I would suggestyou haven't saved the taxpayer money, as the taxpayer paid for the time you spent cocking around doing it.
but i could see the advantage from a personal travel point of view. Although it'd have to be a hell of a lot more than a £60 saving for me to be arsed with the fannying I think.

There's three of us travelling, and it took me say half an hour.I'm not that expensive.
