personal fave
if you're in any fit state to do so, pint of water and some greasy carbs before bed.
IF you know one's coming, and you're preparing beforehand, set one of those gross meal-in-a-tin nurishment shakes or similar on the bedside, along with a bottle of water and some aspirin. set an alarm for two hours before you need to get up, wake, chong these then go back to bed.
also berocca and a pint of cold water and an aspirin works after the fact.

and naturally a cheeky bong. nothig extravagant, don't rolla camberwell carrot, just one to take the edgte of and let you eat.
