Its a real pain thoughI fix it myself its done same day. Apple don't do onsite repair so we drop it off at a repair center who send it off. Usual turn around is 2 weeks them we have to drive back out to newquay to pick it up. 2 weeks without their laptop turns the staff member in to an even bigger twat. Then they get it back to find Apple have wiped their drive and they have not got a backup because they are morons.
