In my last workplace we went out every Friday. There was a pub literally 10 yards from the office.In my new workplace it's frowned upon.
However, the old buffer who sat behind me goes to the pub EVERY lunchtime. ON HIS OWN. He's a fucking alky of course. He doesn't say a word to anyone in the mornings, but by mid afternoon he's fucking hilarious - usually inadvertently though. One day he managed to fall out of his swivel chair, he was so pissed. That's a swivel chair - with arms and everything. Christ knows how he managed it. We still laugh about it now, years later.
Now I work from home I can go to the fridge and get a beer any time. But I don't. IT professional, me.

Sorry, forgot the Alt.I'm attending a Scottish Second Division football match tomorrow. The twist is that I'll be in hospitality. 3 course meal and a free bar. Happy days.
