I got caught just after the law came into effect.Coppers had a real hard-on for mobile use after that. I hadn't realised it had come into effect and I drove straight past a policeman. Awareness fail.
Coppers mostly don't care overly much about speeding, I've found. I just had the misfortune to came round a corner to see a camera wagon.
