My morning walk is estimated as 50 mins, but I do it in 30 because I bomb it. Would it be better for me to walk a bit slower and thus be exercising for longer, or does the fact that I am pushing myself harder mean this is better for me even though my exercise time is shorter?

if you over-exert yourself you'll be more likely to injure yourself, or get out of breath
