Hate to disagree, winders but when I were a lad everybody, well, lots, did it. I once got warned for riding a horse while drunk. There wasn't an offence to cover it apparently. The bobby wanted to get me incarcerated for a very long time.
Now folk get jailed for a second offence. Involving a car, that is.
Don't know about donkeys.
Or mules, come to think about it.
