To be fair it's not entirely George's fault that the global economy is wanked.It is at least possible things would be worse for us had we not introduced cuts.

Nope, things would be much better now if there were no cuts.There is an argument that things could be worse "down the line" but no serious economist would argue that GDP would be lower now than it is if the government kept nearly £60billion flowing about the system.
