Endtroducing...is a stone cold classic.
Psyence Fiction is patchy. Pre-emptive Strike is worth it for the whole WDYSLL? EP and that Organ Donor remix. Quannum Spectrum has some outstanding tracks. Once The Private Press came out in 2002 it was all downhill from then.

I've bought it four times over the years.
CD, shitty quality vinyl, decent quality vinyl, reissued CD with bonus CD.

So I torrented loads of his stuff with no guilt at all.
