see, now it looks fairly modern,
and not like its one of those places that has been built funny to be in a small sapce, so someone actually wanted that house to look like that. If this is the case, i would not then trust their choice in builder.

why not build over the garage though?
i thought there might be issues with view over the house behind, but then, there appears to be a window looking out back, so that can't have been an issue.
