I check stairs for obstacles before I go to bed.Not sure if this could be classed as irrational but I really don't understand why people see stairs as shelves/storage areas. Could come from the time I fell over some strategically-placed books.
Alt: I'll be drinking later but not at a pub. I do like pubs though.
