It's bollocksDangerous bollocks, too. I'm all for the placebo effect but there have been cases where seriously ill people have shunned medicines that could have saved their lives in favour of homeopathic remedies. That, in itself, is not a real problem for me. If you're dumb enough to use homeopathy you're too dumb to be left in the gene pool - even in the shallow end. But, don't make these decisions for your kids.
