Slow-cooked chilli is the way forwardMade with lumps of dead animal - none of your namby pamby mince - the grottier and (initially) tougher the better. Home-grown 'basket of fire' chillis, herbs tomatoes and a good slug of vinegar. After a few hours it's a meal too good for a king, that's why I'm having it!
