Don't get me wrong, it IS a good wordbut we're talking about people who can't read beyond Janet & John stage. They hear the "paedo" bit and go up like it's 5th November.
Didn't some poor paediatrician have to change their sign to children's doctor because of some loonies (or did I imagine that)?
