I'm reading And The Hippos Were Boiled in Their Tanks.
As a novel it's not that great, but in terms of how Burroughs and Kerouac developed as writers it's fascinating, as is the whole story around it.

Also reading the Vermilion Sands collection by JG Ballard, and STILL reading Gravity's Rainbow.
