Its only the second strongest one I bought todayThe Beheaded is Labeled as 7.5 but I know the guy that brews it and he says the recipe and method hasn't changed since it was labeled 8.1 but the tax laws mean they have to pay more for a beer over 7.5 so they label it as that.
Little known fact (that you probably know) a beer under 5% can be +or- .5% a beer over this can be +or- 1% which means a beer labeled at 7.5% can be anywhere up to 8.5% before they need to water it down.
