Don't bother getting a car at all.Get a bike. Or a pair of Romanian midgets. Paint them gold, dress them up in leather straps, and stand on their backs as they crawl around on all fours to transport you places.
You can even get a couple of midget-sized bridles to place over their heads, so you can steer them properly.
And, being midgets, they're free to park. Just tether them to a nearby lampost.
