Keeping penguinswould be OK if you lived in Antarctica, and could provide them with fish and nice icy ocean water to swim in.
But in Britain it's a bit wrong. Although I once went to Edinburgh zoo and was quite taken with the penguin parade. This may however have been because the girl in charge of the penguins wasn't wearing a bra and was wobbling around under her t-shirt.

@clendrix. I think I must just be in a naughty mood today. Minor events in my life have raised my naughtiness levels slightly.
