No, that seems like a last resortAny chance of working in a bigger place, where you can take a bit more of a back seat, but for the same money? Sorry, sounds a bit fantastic, but just a thought.

it's possible, to be honest, my best bet is to get in with one of the colleges, get on a more settled rota, and then get in to the OU for something i really want to do. Although, this might all settle down in a couple of days and i just go back to doing what i've always done
