My mate's been looking at a move to :Leeds, he's a freelance graphic designer.His mortgage is almost paid off, and if he sold his 1.5 bedroom house in York he could byu a 2 bed semi in a nice part of Leeds.

The half-bedroom logic doesn't really work though.There are some proper dives in the capital, and they probably want silly money.
