I've had all this since April and they've only just billed me for it. I do like the service I get from my broadband and the internet mobile thingy as I get a free landline phone to use as well, it's just dealing with issues when they arise that I hate as I have to call so many fucking numbers to speak to people who say speak to someone else. So when I get the right person I have to first clarify several times that they are indeed the right person to speak to and sound rude because I have to do so.

Grrr...

Right, I'm going to get some food to stop me being grumpy - low blood sugar level and all makes me whiney and I don't like that.
