Agree re LAX & CDG. JFK also a nightmare (customs takes hours), I try & fly in to LG instead if I have to go to New York.(

I'm ok with Manhatten for about three days, then I have to get out.Same with Chicago. Never had that problem with Atlanta though and I used to spend about 10 weeks a year there for five years.
