Ah, K2k6, I was being flippant.
Believe me, I noticed alright. I didn't sleep for a week, and couldn't move my arm for months.
The pain was incredible, but I was 12, and even though I sat outside my Mum's bedroom crying every night for a month from the pain, all she said was, 'You've probably just pulled a muscle,' and then ignored me.
Gotta love that neglectful, scottish parenting.
