There is a southside redevelopment that is pushing the city center along the river trentit will look to push certain property values up massively this however is on hold since 2008, some of the properties are an absolute bargain.

My thinking isbuying something cheap as fuck somewhere I should have no trouble renting it out. This means university towns - and cheap ones.
