Absolutely cock-diddely-all.
It just means that they didn't manage to get enough cells from your cervix to give a clear reading, and so they ask you to come back so they can get some more. My first reading was irregular, so were ones for about half of my female friends. Happens all the sodding time, and is not to be worried about. It's when the speculum comes out dripping in pus and chunks of Aids that you need to get concerned. joking.
