@Boss KThe idea of thrash metal with experimental polyrhythms is quite fun. Headbanging in 13/8 may not be easy though...
Marillion did the same sort of thing with prog rock, with 7/8 and 5/4 in evidence in quite a few of their songs. But prog rock was all about that sort of thing anyway, whereas metal is not, as a rule.
