There is occasionally the sound of a lady having the sex, but it's in amongst the cool jazz tones, so don't worry. I'm good, got the day off, gonna go to the gym then do some gardening I reckon.

Nah, I'm going to lift some heavy things, then put them down again, then lift them again. It's all a bit dull, but it stops me turning in to a bug fat mess.
