Any remake of Simon & Garfunkelis going to be an improvement. Even Roseanne Barr couldn't help but be better than those twee little poufs.
The best cover I've heard of one of their songs was "Scarborough Fair" redone by the Medieval Baebes. Check it out.
Me First and the Gimme Gimmes are invariably brilliant.
