I would do K2k6as I do feel rather rubbish, but I figure it's only 8 hours and we've got a heart specialist coming in today to do heart scans and I don't really want to miss it as I haven't seen any done for months as we don't do them as routine at my new job.
I'm off to the post office, back in a bit
