this sort of thing crops up in law and people's perception of it quite frequentlywith speed cameras for instance. the tabloid letter pages are constantly full of people complaining about them.
if you don't like it, don't speed. simple as that.
this is a similar issue when you get to the bones of it.
if you choose to break the rules, you have to accept the punishment.
