Happiness...Is a long drive in a nice car. Or a long ride on a nice motorbike. Followed by a days surfing or, depending on where you are in the world, a day of snowboarding.
Then, in the evening while the body resets itself, an ice-cold beer and a steak, with a view of either the sea or the mountain you just tamed.
