@MonikerI think that's a grey area of the law. I believe you could be done for breach of the peace, which seems silly, but I think that's how it is.
Depends on whether your neighbours have the heart attack before or after they call the cops!
I would advise against testing the theory, but if you do, remember Al will be invoking his favourite rule!
