In keeping with the 'technology sucks' theme,I do believe Facebook chat was designed by the twin designers of despair from last week's Zero Punctuation, Terry and Gonad. It always refuses to send messages when it's important, and usually when I'm trying to sort something out with Mr Maladicta about flats.
