Ah yes, their early entrance into the world of high efficiency condensing boilers was ill thought out.
A 'band B' efficiency, coupled with the secondary heat exchanger which was essentially their Combi 80 model, fitted into a larger chassis was not a successful experiment, however the newer Eco models have far fewer problems due to them adopting a better secondary return system linked into a single microbore exchanger.
