I never used to be cynical
But 3 years in the cesspit of customer services has taken it's toll

I'm still clinging to my last shreds of youthful enthusiasm - there's still a small part of me that believes humanity is good, just and kind, and that the majority of people have their heads screwed on.

Then I think about the popularity of the Spice Girls, Crazy Frog and My Family, and I realise most people are fucking morons
