Last yearI was fortunate enough to be out in Australia, playing a few gigs (it was basically a paid holiday that we had to do a little bit of work for!). You think England's hot - try wearing the kilt and all the accoutrements in an air temperature of 30°C, under subtropical sunshine, and sitting in a tin shed!
We got the usual questions about what was under our kilts. Sweat, primarily. Believe me, the under-kilt conditions were not pleasant!
