A fair bit when I was 17-18.
Don't remember much of it due to various substances, the nights all blur into one. It was a decadent time on the old 'skirt chasing' front though.

Sounds good,
I'm a little younger than you, cut my teeth on the psytrance scene, never did get to DJ anywhere cool, but god the drugs were good.

I sort of grew out of it.
I did music technology at college, did a bit of studio recording type stuff then had to get a real job, and have been buying, selling and specifying plumbing and heating stuff ever since.
There you go, my career in a nutshell.
Obviously I also did the candy floss stall too.

Almost all of my friends have done some sort of music stuff,
Only 1 got to do anything cool. He's a sound engineer at ronnie Scott's. I get the feeling that most of us get the memories but not the glory.

I think the memories are good enough.
To make a career out of anything like that, especially djing, runs the risk of ending up being a bit too old to be 'cool' and looking like a knob trying to be 'young and hip' and becoming a bit of a joke. See tim Westwood.
